El valor humano del <strong>Sargento Ricardo Saralegui<\/strong> y una adecuada instrucci\u00f3n como buzo t\u00e1ctico, hicieron posible el rescate de una vida.<br>El clima del s\u00e1bado 17 de abril se pronunciaba calmo.
