Entre los d\u00edas 11 y 15 de setiembre, se realiz\u00f3 el Seminario \u00abMujer, Paz y Seguridad\u00bb<\/strong>, organizado por la Escuela Nacional de Operaciones de Paz del Uruguay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participaron integrantes del Ej\u00e9rcito de los Estados Unidos de Am\u00e9rica, Ej\u00e9rcito Paraguayo<\/a>, Ej\u00e9rcito Nacional, Armada Nacional Uruguay<\/a> y Fuerza A\u00e9rea Uruguaya<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Los alumnos fueron capacitados sobre el rol de la mujer en las Misiones Operativas de Paz (MOP), diferencias entre g\u00e9nero y sexo y derechos de las mujeres como elemento fundamental para las misiones de la ONU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      El prop\u00f3sito es estimular la intervenci\u00f3n de las mujeres en MOP y consolidar aspectos de construcci\u00f3n social m\u00e1s inclusivos e igualitarios, dejando de lado cualquier tipo de discriminaci\u00f3n de g\u00e9nero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
