En el d\u00eda de hoy, se imparti\u00f3 en la Escuela Nacional de Operaciones de Paz del Uruguay (ENOPU)<\/a><\/strong>, el primer seminario de \u00abni\u00f1os, paz y seguridad\u00bb<\/strong>, por parte de la Sra. Kalina McCaul<\/strong> (Canad\u00e1) y el Tte. Cnel. (R) Leonel Kayumba<\/strong> (Ruanda), ambos instructores del Instituto Dallaire<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La capacitaci\u00f3n se logra, gracias al memor\u00e1ndum de entendimiento, firmado entre el Ministerio de Defensa Nacional<\/a><\/strong> y el The Dallaire Institute for Children, Peace and Security<\/a><\/strong>, que posiciona a la ENOPU como Centro de Excelencia<\/strong> para la regi\u00f3n, en lo que respecta al entrenamiento para la prevenci\u00f3n del uso de ni\u00f1os como Soldados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
