Pablo Caubarrere<\/strong> y del Director de la ENOPU, <strong>Coronel Luis Vi\u00f1as<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:24px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>A su vez, estuvieron presentes el Se\u00f1or Ministro de Defensa, <strong>Dr. Javier Garc\u00eda<\/strong>, la Ministra Interina del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, <strong>Dra. Carolina Ache Batlle<\/strong>, el Director Gral. del SINOMAPA, <strong>Gral.
